    Episode 149 - The Difference

Big changes at Wicked Pissa Dude. Adam scored a gig after 9 months on the beach and close to 30 interviews (some in his pj's). Also this is the first episode of the podcast available exclusively on the new server. Another change is the production schedule as Timmy and Adam may be recording the weekend wrap up on Sunday nights when it is possible. This week being the first as Adam heads off to his first day back to the grind on Monday. The guys get right into it with the Celtics and Lakers post game as they welcome a very hung over Uncle Dukes for the "Big 3". Who was the difference maker in the big tilt at the Garden? Timmy has his pick. They also take a look at the almost final fantasy scores for the week that was in Wicked Pissa Nation. Thanks for listening and have a great week.

    The Heir Up There

Phil Kessel will soon be gone. His dominion will soon be Toronto if you put any stock in recent reports. I was hoping Toronto Dominion Garden (yes that is what the TD stands for) would be where he would continue to skate. Alas, the Toronto Maple Leafs are the first choice as a landing spot for B's winger Phil Kessel, according to TSN and they could come at the Bruins with an offer sheet this weekend if a deal isn't agreed upon. There is also genuine interest in Kessel on the part of the Nashville Predators and a desire for the B's to ship the 21-year-old to the Western Conference insiders claim.

Kessel and his camp are reportedly brokering a deal with Toronto. Sources close to the deal put Kessel in a position to refuse contract offers from other teams so long as the Maple Leafs are interested in his services, and estimates that the B's restricted free agent is in line to cash in on an offer sheet from the Maple Leafs for five or six years at an annual cap hit of $5.5 million. A reversal of momentum at this juncture is unlikely so I wish him well and hope we get great value in return.
